Job Description

Person has to take care of all the field activities in the zone for GSM Network • Troubleshooting of GSM-BTS /Microwave/ MUX problems at site. • Corrective and Preventive maintenance of all the BSS equipments. • Coordinating with BSS/Transmission Engineer for day to day operational issues. • Person will be reporting to Zonal Technical Manager and mainly responsible for uptime of the network. • Manage spares, tools and keep track of repair-return process. • Coordination with Infra vendors for infra issues and ensure accurate alarm reporting. • Acceptance testing of BSS equipments at site. • Interaction with various third party vendors for speedy resolution of field problems • Hardware, Software up-gradation in the network.
