Job Description: Essential Responsibilities: * 1 – 3 years exp in XML or Tech Support * Estimate and Schedule XML Builds * Follow specification file from UK to develop XML codes * Understand the requirement of client and UK Consultants and develop XML scripts accordingly * Perform UAT testing for the XML scripts developed. * Maintain and amend existing XML codes from time to time according to the client request. * Deliver quality outputs. * Follow the mapped processes in line with deliverables to effectively support UK service model * Reconciliation of various payroll related reports * Interact with Payroll Specialist / Implementation / HR Consultant in UK to support processes * Adhere to the ADP Policies with regard to Data Protection Act and Information Security Skills: * Must be proficient with XML and SQL coding * Knowledge and ability to understand Database structure * Excellent Communication (verbal and written), Interpersonal skills required * Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate work schedules * Must be proficient with Internet Application, MS Word, MS Excel and knowledge of MS Access will be an added advantage. * Good analytical and problem solving skill * Ability to make decisions. * Exposure to payroll will be an added advantage. * Ability to work with confidential data * Able to work with minimum supervision and in a disciplined manner. * Willingness to work in shifts * The candidate is required to adhere and enforce the security policies of the organization * Additional Information Location: Hyderabad Experience: 1 - 3 years Key Skills: XML, "Tech Support", SQL, Category: Software, Hardware, EDP Role: Software Engineer/ Programmer Posted On: 30th Dec 2009 Email job to a friend
